The 2024 Summer Ensemble Program provides training in small groups to ensure uninterrupted progress and readiness when the new season begins. We look forward to sustaining workshops conducted by Bay Philharmonic musicians during Summer building up to the 2024-25 Season.
Young musicians (strings and winds) of all levels are offered opportunities to receive invaluable training, insight, and encouragement. In-person classes are conducted by the BPYO director and conductor. For the purpose of placing you in a similar skill level group, please provide a link in the registration form to a video recording of any major scale and a solo piece that best represents your current skill level (3 minutes max., excerpt on longer solo permitted). Music assignments will then be emailed to you in advance, please practice accordingly.
